Job Description

International Voice Process – Sales & Customer Success Executive

Experience: 1 to 6 Years
Location: Hebbal Bangalore
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Transportation: Cab Facility Provided

Handle outbound international calls with customers across the US market.
Build rapport with clients and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and relationship management.
Handle escalations and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate call logs and customer data in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

1–6 years of experience in International Voice Process (Sales / Customer Success / Support).
Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle international customers with empathy and confidence.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage.
Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
