Job description BPO Customer support (Voice Process) Job description: International Voice Process - Hindi language Known - Hindi mandatory Designation: Executive & Senior Executive Languages Known: Hindi Salary: Upto 3.2 LPA Max ( for Experience ) Work Location: Hexaware Technologies Ltd, Chennai one IT Park , Thoraipakkam, Chennai - 600097 Qualification: HSC / Any graduate - arrears can be considered Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable. Interview Venue: Hexaware Technologies Ltd, Chennai one IT Park , Thoraipakkam, Chennai - 600097 Desired Candidate Profile: Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication. Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered. Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation). Only Immediate joiners. Should be able to communicate clearly in Hindi Language. Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shift (24/7) with 2 days rotational Off. Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly Rounds of Interviews: HR round (Direct Walkin) Operations round.
