Your role will also involve effectively communicating product features and benefits, answering questions, and closing sales by negotiating pricing and terms. Maintaining accurate customer records, meeting sales quotas, and providing sales reports will be part of your routine tasks. Ideal candidates will be freshers with exceptional communication skills and fluency in English. Previous experience in sales or customer service will be a plus, especially if you have a proven track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone. A goal-oriented mindset, the ability to learn about services, and describe them effectively to prospects are essential. Fluency in English, flexibility to work in shifts, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capacity to handle rejection are desired qualities.
