Ltd., you will play a crucial role as a Travel Advisor, where you will be responsible for providing personalized travel planning services and creating memorable experiences for clients. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their preferences, designing tailored travel solutions, and ensuring a seamless booking process. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and goals. - Provide expert advice on destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. - Design, plan, and curate domestic and international tour packages including flights, accommodations, excursions, and transfers. - Efficiently handle bookings using travel systems, ensuring all arrangements are confirmed and delivered on time. - Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a customer-first approach. - Negotiate rates with global travel partners, secure bookings, and provide clients with the best options. - Research and include unique experiences and local experts into tour itineraries to enhance programs. - Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to design and promote new tours and programs. - Engage in post-trip follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and improve service quality. - Promote travel packages and services to potential clients to generate leads with high conversion rates. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Advisor, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role. - Proficiency in MS Office, booking systems, and travel software (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Sabre). - Strong understanding of geography, travel destinations, and cultural nuances. - Up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance policies, and travel regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales skills with a customer-first approach. - Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively. - Capability to work both in a team and independently with initiative.,
