International Travel Advisor– Ahmedabad | Hiring Through Jabalpur Drive

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of International Travel Advisor for our Ahmedabad office. This hiring is being conducted through a dedicated drive in Jabalpur. Candidates selected through the process must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad for full-time, office-based work.

This position offers excellent exposure in the travel service industry and is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with prior customer support experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to travel through non-voice channels such as chat and email
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to customer inquiries
• Manage booking-related issues, itinerary clarifications, cancellations, and general travel support
• Maintain service standards, documentation accuracy, and process compliance
• Work efficiently in rotational shifts, including night shifts as required

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass, graduate, or diploma holder
• Freshers can apply; prior BPO, customer service, or travel domain experience is an advantage
• Strong written English communication skills
• Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad after selection
• Comfortable with rotational and night shift schedules
