You will be responsible for handling end-to-end international ticketing for both group and individual travel, ensuring a stress-free experience for our customers. Additionally, managing visa processes for multiple countries will be a key part of your role, where accuracy and timely delivery are essential. Your ability to liaise with embassies, consulates, and travel partners will contribute to the smooth execution of travel plans. Keeping track of travel documentation, insurance, and compliance requirements is vital, and your coordination with the operations team will support expeditions worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end international ticketing for group and individual travel. - Manage visa processes for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. - Liaise with embassies, consulates, and travel partners. - Track travel documentation, insurance, and compliance requirements. - Coordinate closely with our operations team to support expeditions worldwide. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in international ticketing & visa handling. - Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo). - Familiarity with global visa rules, processes, and documentation. - Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
