  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
  • Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products/services offered by the company.
  • Work in an international call center environment with exposure to diverse cultures and time zones.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively handle complex customer issues.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization.
