Job Description: As a Telesales Executive at our company, your role involves client acquisition and grievance handling through telesales and cold calling. You will be responsible for explaining trading strategies, company terms, and market risks to clients. Generating prospects daily via telephonic, visual, and text conversations is a key part of your job. Additionally, you will conduct risk profile management and trading strategies sessions with clients. Collaboration with the digital marketing and research team is essential to provide the best service to clients. Keeping yourself updated on global markets and current affairs is crucial to serve investors and traders effectively. Your main goal will be achieving monthly tasks through client acquisition and lead generation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate degree. - Talkative, enthusiastic, and innovative mindset. - Knowledge of the global market, especially Forex & Comex. - Fluent in English communication with strong sales & marketing skills. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible team player. - Experience in international sales and financial markets.
