Job Description

You will be joining Microorbit, a Canadian-based company with a decade-long history of collaboration with major Canadian telecom companies. As the company embarks on an expansion journey, they are seeking dynamic individuals to join them as International Sales Representatives for the Ireland Campaign. **Role Overview:** As an International Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: - Answering calls promptly and professionally - Providing customers with accurate product and service information - Ensuring correct input of customer details into the CRM system - Following up on customer inquiries as needed - Making outbound sales calls and effectively explaining services and pricing - Managing client referrals and ensuring proper processing - Engaging positively with potential customers to promote understanding of products and services - Identifying customer needs to maximize sales opportunities and promote additional services - Generating new business and closing deals efficiently - Providing sales support to the team when required **Key Responsibilities:** - Answer calls in a timely and professional manner - Provide product and service information to customers - Input customer information accurately into the CRM system - Follow up on customer calls where necessary - Make outbound sales calls and explain services & prices - Manage client referrals and ensure proper processing - Engage positively with prospective customers to ensure understanding of products and services - Identify customer needs effectively to maximize sales opportunities - Generate new business and close deals promptly - Provide sales support to the team as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales (Required) - Minimum 3 years of experience in international voice process (Required) - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer retention (Required) - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in B2B / B2C sales techniques - Ability to build rapport with clients - Strong convincing and negotiation skills - Passion for understanding and addressing the needs of business clients You will enjoy a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits, including leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with a day shift aligned with the UK time zone. Fluency in English is required for this role, and the work location is in person at Ahmedabad.
