Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business Partner across international markets in need of ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
  • Engage in proactive prospecting, including LinkedIn Lead generation, email outreach, google search
  • Present and sell ISO certification services by understanding the unique needs of business Partners / clients and offering customized solutions.
  • Communication with business Partners over call/email/messages
  • Negotiate and close deals with business Partners to meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
  • Understand clients' business operations to ensure the correct ISO standards are recommended.
  • Provide support during the certification process, from initial inquiry to successful certification.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to understand local and international trends in ISO certification Services.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth and expansion into new regions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, certification requirements, and competitive landscape in international markets.
