Job Description

Responsible for marketing and business development across all GCC Countries.
Finding Partners in target countries: Clinics / Hospitals, Doctors, Insurance, NGOs, Government, Medical Travel Operators.
Conducting International Medical Camps (OPDs), Conferences (CME’s) and Targeted Countries.
Participating in various exhibitions for Brand building and generating leads.
Handling Government contracts.
Developing Packages for health check and other treatments.
To generate referral patients from doctors, to monitors and track patients being brought into the hospital.
To coordinate with clinical services at the hospital to ensure good experience for the visiting patients and to empanel new consultant to increase hospital revenue.
To prepare sales report and achieve monthly budget.
Responsible for annual sales and marketing plan, budgeting, planning and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share through higher penetration and awareness.
Periodically analyze MIS Report to draw inferences, trend and inputs to be used for marketing.
Assist and provide inputs for pricing and billing policies, procedures for various medical packages and services. To meet and promote hospital to general practitioners, private consultants and nursing homes within assigned territory.
To generate referral patients from doctors, to monitors and track patients being brought into the hospital.
To develop ideas for publicity materials of the clinic namely: information booklets, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, and proof – reading etc.
