? Research and identify potential shippers in target markets
? Make outbound cold calls to business owners in North America to introduce our logistics services
? Qualify prospects by understanding their shipping needs and potential volume
? Maintain and update the lead database
? Schedule follow-ups and transfer qualified leads to the sales team
? Track outreach activity and share regular reports on progress
? Strong spoken and written English communication skills
? Your own laptop/PC with a stable internet connection (must-have)
? Ability to work the Evening shift (5:30 PM 10:30 PM IST)
? Attention to detail and good organizational skills
? Eagerness to learn training will be provided!
