Job Description: International Sales Executive Role:International Sales Executive (Australian Energy Process) Location:Plot No. 172, JP House, 3rd Floor, Saidulajab, 2, Westend Marg, New Delhi, Delhi 110030 Salary:₹20,000 - ₹40,000 + Incentives Key Responsibilities:· Contact Australian customers. · Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. · Answer questions about products or the company and create rapport. · Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. · Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Requirements and Skills:· Experience in International Sales (Australian experience preferred). · Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. · Excellent knowledge of English. · Ability to adapt to a sales environment. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work under pressure. · Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. · Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
