Telemarketing Executive (Lead Generation) Responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calling Transfer leads to the sales team Maintain and update lead records Minimum qualification: 12th pass Preferred experience: Minimum 6 months in US calling/lead generation Age limit: Up to 28 years 2. Sales Consultant (Telesales Closer) Handle leads transferred by the Telemarketing team Manage the entire sales process including agreement closures Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Minimum qualification: 12th pass Required experience: At least 1 year in US outbound sales Age limit: Up to 35 years Key Skills Required: Excellent English communication (spoken and written) Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Ability to work with scripts and adapt conversations as needed Familiarity with dialers and manual calling Target-driven and self-motivated Able to work night shifts and weekends as required Benefits: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives (Incentives for closers start at ₹60,000 and can go above ₹1.5 lakhs per month for top performers) Both-side cabs within 30 km radius or ₹3,000 monthly travel allowance Meal allowance Supportive team environment Growth and promotion opportunities Annual appraisals Work Location: Galactic Client Services Pvt.
