Job Description

Job Title: International Sales Executive

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in global markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business partners, and market trends.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in international sales campaigns, online meetings, and trade events to promote VVD & Sons BPO services.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) in English.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the BPO/KPO or outsourcing industry.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
