Job Description

Job Title: International Sales Executive

Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in global markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business partners, and market trends.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to management.
Participate in international sales campaigns, online meetings, and trade events to promote VVD & Sons BPO services.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written) in English.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the BPO/KPO or outsourcing industry.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
