International Sales Associate

Role Overview: As an International Sales Associate for Debt Settlement based in Udyog Vihar Phase IV, Gurgaon, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls to U.S. customers, explaining program details, assessing eligibility, and generating interest in the debt settlement process. Your role will involve maintaining high conversion rates, meeting assigned sales targets, and ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations and internal quality standards. The shift timing for this position is from 7:00 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (U.S. Time Zone), and you will be provided with transport in the form of both side cab. This is a full-time position with 5 working days a week, and both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Handle outbound calls to U.S. customers for debt settlement process. - Explain program details, assess eligibility, and generate interest. - Maintain high conversion rates and meet assigned sales targets. - Update CRM accurately after each interaction. - Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and internal quality standards. Qualification Required: - Minimum 12th pass with excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Sales-driven personality with a positive and energetic attitude. - Ability to work night shifts in the U.S. Time Zone. - Immediate joiners will be preferred. - Freshers with telemarketing confidence are welcome to apply. The salary and incentives vary based on experience level, with experienced candidates (1+ years in International Sales/Telemarketing) eligible for up to 45,000/month along with huge and attractive incentives, while freshers can earn up to 30,000/month with similar incentives.
