Role Overview: As an International Marketing professional at the Medical Equipment company, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to drive international sales growth. You will work towards delivering planned international sales volume, market share, and profitability for assigned markets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to develop export business by appointing distributors, participating in international tenders, and ensuring periodic performance reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver planned international sales volume, market share, and profitability for assigned markets. - Develop export business by appointing distributors and participating in international tenders. - Ensure periodic performance reviews and develop individual development plans. - Gather and utilize market intelligence and available data to understand foreign regulations, regulatory norms, foreign exchange dynamics, product quality, market dynamics, competition products/prices, economy, demography, etc. - Develop relationships with new clients and create action plans to maximize new business opportunities. Qualification Required: - Deep understanding of international business sales & operations. - Analytical mind with quick grasping power and a business mindset. - MBA in Marketing with a minimum of 2-10 years of experience in handling export sales & business development, preferably from an international sales background.
