About You:

  • You possess

    excellent written communication skills in English

    with strong grammar and spelling.
  • You are adept at multitasking and managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • You are customer-centric, patient, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with the telecom domain or previous chat support experience is a plus.
