Reports To: International Sales Manager / Business Development Director

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

International Outbound Sales Specialist will support global sales efforts by reaching out to potential customers, sharing information about our products/services, and helping the sales team generate new business opportunities. This is an entry-level role suited for someone enthusiastic about sales, communication, and working with international customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Outreach

Make outbound calls to international prospects.

Send introductory emails and follow up with leads.

Connect with potential customers through LinkedIn and other platforms.

2. Lead Qualification

Understand basic customer needs and identify potential opportunities.

Gather information and pass qualified leads to the senior sales team.

3. Sales Coordination

Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls for the senior sales team.

Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

4. CRM & Data Entry

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Update lead status, notes, and tasks regularly.

5. Team Collaboration

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns.

Share market feedback and customer responses to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

02 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, customer service, or telemarketing.

Good English communication skills (written & verbal).

Comfortable making calls and speaking with international customers.

Basic understanding of sales processes.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (training provided).
