International Marketing Manager

As an International Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in leading and expanding our international sales operations within the steel industry. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing international sales strategies, conducting market research, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and end-users. You will also be responsible for representing the company at international trade shows and conferences, conducting sales visits, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the entire international sales process. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in international markets, monitoring key performance indicators related to international sales performance, and preparing regular reports on international sales activities. You will also be involved in developing and implementing international marketing campaigns, managing the company's online presence, and overseeing the activities of international sales representatives and distributors. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing within the steel industry. A proven track record of success in developing and executing international sales strategies, a strong understanding of international trade, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, and the ability to travel internationally frequently are also required. Proficiency in other relevant languages such as German, Spanish, or French is a significant advantage.
