Job Description

As the International Key Account Network Lead at Roche, you will play a crucial role in driving engagement with a key segment of customers in the Asia Pacific region. Your responsibilities will include setting the overarching strategy and overseeing the performance of a dedicated portfolio of Integrated Health Networks or Commercial Lab Chains. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Set Ambition & Strategy:** Develop and own multi-year strategic account plans for each IKA, using methodologies like the Miller Heiman "Gold Sheet" to create a comprehensive blueprint for success. Ensure endorsement of the strategy by key internal stakeholders. - **Orchestrate Engagement:** Act as the primary orchestrator of all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent and seamless customer experience. Define the integrated engagement plan and mobilize cross-functional experts to meet customer needs at every level. - **Align Priorities with the C-Suite:** Engage directly with IKA C-suite executives to co-create and align on annual strategic priorities. Lead annual strategic reviews and quarterly business reviews to ensure mutual progress and accountability. - **Own & Drive Commercial Opportunities:** Identify and execute strategic opportunities, from tendering and contracting to joint expansion projects. Serve as the single point of accountability for final business sign-off on all commercial deals within financial and strategic guardrails. - **Lead a High-Performing Team:** Act as the people leader for the NKAMs and the broader IKA team. Build a high-performing organization, empower your team, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Qualification Required:** - Exemplary commercial leader with a true partnership mindset - Proven executive presence and ability to build trust with senior customer executives - Strong P&L management experience and financial acumen - Skilled at leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives - Expertise in strategic account planning and commercial processes In this role, you will have the opportunity to work towards a healthier future by advancing science and ensuring access to healthcare for generations to come.
