Role Overview: You will be working as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in US Shift at Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd. Your main responsibilities will include taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues, diagnosing the problems, recommending solutions, and selling technical support plans with relevant software. Key Responsibilities: - Taking inbound calls from customers with printer, router, and antivirus issues - Diagnosing the problems and recommending the best plan to the customer - Selling technical support plans along with relevant software Qualifications Required: - Must have good communication skills in English - Should have experience in outbound tech support for more than 6 months to 1 year - Must know how to close their own calls - Should have good convincing and sales skills - Candidates must be able to join immediately - Educational qualification: 10+2 Additional Details: Adeeba E-Services Pvt.
