Location: Vadodara
Shift: Fixed Night Shift (Monday to Friday)
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off
Salary: 2.43 LPA (Freshers) | 2.6 LPA (Experienced)

We are hiring Voice Call Associates for our Vadodara office to be a part of this supportive and service-oriented team. The role involves handling customer queries over calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and assistance related to insurance or financial processes.
Research, identify, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Communicate clearly and adapt your approach to suit different customer personalities.
Multi-task effectively while managing priorities and time efficiently.
Requirements
Graduate (any discipline)
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Previous customer support or BPO experience preferred
