As an International E-commerce Email & Chat Support & Voice representative, your role involves providing support to Overseas Clients through online web and chat platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing back support to Overseas Clients. - Engaging in online web and chat support. - Chatting with two or three clients to address their queries. - Managing email support efficiently. - Delivering accurate information to clients based on the specific process requirements.
