International Documentation Executive/Insurance & OC Processing Executive/ Insurance & Compliance Executive– Australia Process

We are hiring an International Documentation Executive to handle insurance documents, Certificates of Currency (CoC), Occupancy Certificates (OC), mortgage document checks, and general verification tasks for our Australia-based clients. Candidates with strong English and international process experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify documents (Insurance, CoC, OC, Mortgage files)
• Request and track certificates from insurers, brokers, and clients
• Update CRM/portals with accurate information
• Perform international document verification
• Communicate professionally with Australian clients via email
• Follow up on pending documents and ensure timely completion

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication (written & verbal) is a must
• International process or documentation experience preferred
• Experience in insurance, mortgage, compliance, or back-office roles is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• CRM-friendly and able to learn new tools quickly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
