Role Overview:

As a Sales & Operations Executive (International Travel), you will assist in package sales, itinerary

preparation, booking procedures, and post■booking operations. This role offers hands■on exposure to

the travel industry, enhancing your destination knowledge, sales abilities, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in International Package Sales

• Understand clients’ travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.

• Recommend suitable international travel packages and services.

• Support in preparing initial quotations and customized proposals.

• Learn and contribute to sales engagement and lead conversion strategies.

2. Itinerary & Quotation Preparation

• Assist in drafting international travel itineraries.

• Update and refine itineraries based on client feedback.

• Research travel trends, visa requirements, and destination insights.

3. Destination Knowledge

• Work with international destinations such as Dubai, Thailand, Maldives, Vietnam, Singapore, Bali, and

other global DMCs.

• Stay updated on visa rules, travel guidelines, and best travel routes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong passion for travel and tourism.

• Basic understanding of international destinations and visa processes.

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of travel software is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast■paced environment.
