Job Title: Customer Success Associate

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or other support channels.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Record and update customer interactions in the system as per process guidelines.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department following proper escalation protocols.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards during all customer interactions.
Work collaboratively with team members and support managers to achieve targets
