Job Title: Customer Success Associate

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or other support channels.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system as per process guidelines.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department following proper escalation protocols.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards during all customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support managers to achieve targets
