Key Responsibilities: - Responding to customer queries and concerns through chat and email - Providing timely and accurate information to customers - Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their issues effectively Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Undergraduate - Basic knowledge of computers - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply Please bring your resume and Aadhar card for the interview.
