Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Support representative in the healthcare process located at Bommanahalli, you will be responsible for providing support to customers with a focus on excellent communication skills in English. The role involves working in fixed night shifts and participating in various rounds of interviews including HR, online assessment (AMCAT & SVAR), VNA, and Ops. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 5-day working week and Saturday and Sunday fixed off. You will receive a take-home salary of INR 22,000 for Freshers and INR 35,000 Take Home/40CTC for experienced candidates, along with incentives based on performance. Key Responsibilities: - Providing customer support in the healthcare process - Ensuring excellent communication in English - Participating in HR round, online assessment, VNA, and Ops interviews - Working in fixed night shifts - Achieving performance-based incentives Qualifications Required: - Fluency in English is mandatory - Previous experience in the domestic background is preferred - Ability to work full-time with fixed night shifts - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details: The company offers benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The preferred languages for this role are Hindi and English. The work location is in person at Bommanahalli with a 2-way cab facility provided for a distance of 20km.,
