Job Description

The International Customer Support Executive position based in Bangalore requires an individual to work in the US Shift (Night Shift) at the office. You will be responsible for managing customer queries and issues for international clients, particularly from the US region. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional service, resolve issues within agreed SLAs, and escalate complex cases when necessary. It is essential to have excellent English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in international customer support processes. As an International Customer Support Executive, you must have at least 1 year of experience in international voice processes. The role demands working night shifts according to the US time zone and interacting with clients from various regions such as the US, UK, and ANZ. Your responsibilities will include documenting interactions accurately in CRM systems, escalating cases to senior teams as required, and providing feedback to enhance customer experience and process efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in international voice processes, with strong verbal and written English communication skills. A customer service-oriented approach, familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office, and the ability to work effectively in night shifts are essential requirements. A graduate or undergraduate degree with relevant customer support experience is preferred.
