We are currently hiring for the following eligibility and offer details:
*Eligibility:*
Graduates (Freshers)
Undergraduates with 6 months of international BPO experience
*Salary Structure:*
Freshers: ₹27,000 (in hand)
Experienced: ₹32,000 (in hand)
*Incentives & Bonuses:*
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹9,000/month
Annual Bonus: $150
Attendance Bonus: ₹2,500 (for 100% attendance in the first 3 months)
*Assessment Criteria:*
Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM
Typing Accuracy: Minimum 90%
AMCAT Threshold Score: 65
