• Handle customer queries for international clients via calls, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Adhere to company processes and meet quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and report daily updates

Requirements:

• Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible to work in night shifts
