International Customer Care Executive(Night Shift )

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US-based customers regarding telecom services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication throughout interactions.
• Document call details and update the CRM system accurately.
• Meet daily performance targets like customer satisfaction, response time, and quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:
• Graduate Fresher / Experienced candidates
• SSC + 3 Years Diploma
• HSC + 3 Years Diploma
• Age Limit: 21 to 32 years
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Comfortable working in a US rotational shift.
• Should be customer-oriented and a good problem-solver.

Work Details:

• Shift Timing: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Any 9-hour shift)
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Week Off: 2 rotational offs

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
