Job Summary:

International Customer Support Executive

Key and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer assistance via phone, email, live chat, and/or social media across international markets.
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely solutions for technical or product-related concerns.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
  • Share customer insights, identify recurring issues, and suggest process improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Job Criteria:

Mahadevapura, Bengaluru

-Graduate/Undergraduate

-Salary- 3.5 To 4.5 LPA

-2way Cabs will be provided.

-Shifts- 5days working/2 days rotational week off

-Freshers/Experience both are welcome.
