Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. You will need to deal with customer issues effectively and provide easy-to-follow solutions. The ideal candidate for this role should be an Undergraduate/Graduate with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Candidates from PAN India are welcome to apply for this position located in Jaipur. The salary offered for this role can go up to 36K CTC. This is a full-time job opportunity suitable for freshers. The working schedule may include night shifts and rotational shifts. The preferred education qualification for this position is Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Having 1 year of total work experience, especially in customer service, would be an added advantage. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred while fluency in English is required for this role. The work location will be in person. As part of the benefits package, health insurance and Provident Fund will be provided to the selected candidate.,
