Job Description:
Join a top international BPO in Jaipur as an International Customer Support Executive for both voice and non-voice (chat/email) processes. This is a high-growth opportunity for candidates looking to start or build a career in global customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice support (chat & email)
• Deliver top-quality customer experience and resolve queries effectively
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and meet KPIs

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email writing, typing
• Willing to relocate to Jaipur (relocation support provided)
• Freshers and experienced in BPO / KPO / International Voice / Chat Process welcome
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate (Any stream)
