Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to US-based customers, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Engage customers in meaningful written conversations to resolve issues or promote services.
  • Professionally manage objections and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve chat performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and US communication regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Open to working from office during night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of

    32 WPM with 95% accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows efficiently.
