Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle multiple customer queries simultaneously via chat, focusing on
Accounts and Billing
and
Troubleshooting
.
Provide accurate and timely responses to US-based customers, ensuring high-quality service.
Engage customers in meaningful written conversations to resolve issues or promote services.
Professionally manage objections and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve chat performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and US communication regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Open to working from office during night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum typing speed of
32 WPM with 95% accuracy
.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows efficiently.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Familiarity with US culture and customer behavior.

Shift

Rotational offs consecutive 2 days
Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts
