As a Customer Support Executive at TELUS DIGITAL, your main responsibility will be handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously, addressing various inquiries, and resolving customer service issues efficiently. You will be expected to process transactions involving significant amounts of money with precision. This role demands adherence to a structured schedule, dedicating a full day to providing phone assistance to customers. Strong customer service abilities, including defusing tense situations and maintaining diplomacy, are essential. Moreover, you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and ensuring their completion. Ideally, you should possess 0.6-3 years of experience in International Chat Support. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with a mandatory graduation requirement. The job entails working in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs.
