International Channel Sales Manager

As an International Channel Sales Manager at PR electronics, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing partnerships with distributors in India to drive business growth and ensure high-performance sales execution. Your role will involve developing regional business plans, conducting performance reviews with distributors, training and supporting them, and expanding market reach by identifying and nurturing new partners. You will also be expected to engage with end-customers, keep distributors updated on product offerings, and ensure timely responses to RFQs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with company objectives - Conduct monthly performance reviews with distributors - Train, coach, and support distributors to represent PR electronics effectively - Identify and nurture new partners to expand market reach - Ensure efficient and accurate responses to RFQs - Engage with end-customers and keep distributors updated on new products Qualifications Required: - Technical background (e.g., electrician, MSc in Electronics) with a commercial education - Proven experience in sales and distributor management - Strong business acumen and analytical skills - Technical know-how to understand and communicate product offerings - Experience with MS Office tools - Fluent English skills (additional languages are a plus),
