Interview Mode: 1st Round -Virtual, 2nd/3rd -compulsory face to face,

Required Skills Experience:

Business/Technical:

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking.

Proven track record of delivering complex change projects within financial markets/trading environments

Strong understanding of investment banking/markets products and operations

Equities Prime Brokerage (Cash or Synthetic) across some or all of trade capture, lifecycle, risk margin and client experience

Equity Finance / Securities Lending including Availability, Trade Management, Inventory Management, Tri party and Collateral. Awareness of regional variations.

Sound understanding of financial products including Derivatives, Corporate Bonds, Converts, Loans, Swaps, Equities and their Trade Life Cycle

Understanding of how Prime relates to Equities and Global Markets

Useful to have knowledge of industry standard platforms such as Traiana, Geneva, Access Fintech, Global 1, Syncova

Experience with project management methodologies and tools

Knowledge of financial market regulations and control frameworks

Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions
