Job Description

As the Brand Marketing Manager for prescription products in international markets, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to align marketing efforts with the company's global objectives while adapting them to local market needs. Your role will involve creating detailed sales plans, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the sales team to ensure business goals and revenue targets are met. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Product Management Team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events such as doctors" meetings and Continuing Medical Education sessions. Cross-department coordination will be crucial as you work closely with the Product Management Team and Admin teams to streamline marketing strategies, sales targets, and operational functions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors across various regions, ensuring optimal stock levels, and monitoring distributor performance will also be key aspects of your role. Lastly, you will be expected to perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the reporting authority in alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.,
