International Business Development Manager

Job Description:

• Identify business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating potential clients' positions in the industry; conduct research and analyze sales options.

• Assist the Project Manager in drafting and issuing project proposals.

•  Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives in collaboration with the sales team to tap into market potential and create plans for each international market.

• Understand customers' requirements and design technically and commercially superior solutions by efficiently utilizing available resources.

• Engage in Business Development by delivering direct presentations to clients when necessary.

• Create plans and strategies to develop business and achieve the companys sales goals.

• Define and coordinate sales training programs to enable staff to reach their full potential and support company sales objectives.

• Manage key customer relationships and actively participate in closing strategic opportunities.

• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and foster this attitude in others.
