Key Responsibilities: Drive international business development activities focused on the MENA region for our mineral and chemical product portfolio Identify, develop, and manage key customer relationships and distributors across target countries Conduct market research, identify trends, and generate new leads and business opportunities Manage pricing, negotiation, and contracts in coordination with the internal sales and logistics teams Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to promote Sudarshan Group’s brand and offerings Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to prepare customized proposals, presentations, and product literature Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and competitor analysis Candidate Profile: Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in international marketing or business development of mineral or chemical products , specifically in the MENA region Strong understanding of trade regulations, export documentation, and regional market dynamics Proven track record of closing international deals and expanding market presence Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to travel internationally as required Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
