International Business Development Manager- European

As a Business Development Manager in the Consulting & Business Development department, you will play a crucial role in leading business development activities within the life science sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading overall business development activities and being accountable for revenue generation. - Growing the current business from existing life sciences clients. - Developing new business through both new and existing clients, exploring new avenues of business streams. - Contributing effectively to pre-sales by providing strategic, effective, tactical, and timely solutions. - Utilizing consultative selling expertise to meet customer needs and identify business potential for long-term partnerships. - Implementing brand building strategies. - Generating revenue through new account development and key account management. - Continuously striving to increase the quality and quantity of business by adding value to offerings, suggesting innovative strategies, and pushing solutions in consulting, creativity, and innovation. - Serving as the primary point of contact for all customer-specific matters. - Creating relevant business proposals. - Monitoring market intelligence to stay informed about market developments, new projects, competitive activities, and new customers. - Meeting with key clients to maintain relationships and address their needs. - Ensuring accurate updates to CRM systems and completion of required documentation for new business opportunities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Pharma or any life sciences field, with a preference for a Master's in marketing. Experience in the European or USA market is essential.
