You are invited to join Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for the Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) team in the US Shift. As part of your role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. Your ability to diagnose problems effectively and provide suitable solutions to customers will be crucial. Additionally, you will offer technical support plans and recommend relevant software to fulfill customer needs.
