You are being offered an opportunity to join Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd as a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive for their Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) team in the US Shift. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues. Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing problems effectively and providing customers with suitable solutions. Additionally, you will be offering technical support plans and relevant software to meet customer needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. - Diagnose problems effectively and suggest the most suitable solution to the customer. - Offer technical support plans and relevant software to meet customer needs. **Qualification Required:** - Prior experience in Outbound Tech Support for at least 6 months to 1 year. - Proficient in closing your own calls. - Strong convincing and sales abilities. If you decide to pursue this opportunity, you can expect a fixed salary credited on the 1st of every month, 24 leaves per year along with comp offs and birthday leaves, lucrative incentives, strict adherence to shift timings without any extensions, and a friendly working environment. The salary offered for this position ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (fixed) along with generous incentives. The shift timings are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am during the US Shift, and you will be working 6 days a week.
