Job Description

Role Overview: You will be hired immediately for the Inbound Technical Support Process for US Shift at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. As a Tech Support Associate, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers regarding printer, router, and antivirus issues. Your role will involve diagnosing the problems, recommending the best solutions, and selling technical support plans along with relevant software. Key Responsibilities: - Take inbound calls and assist customers with technical issues related to printers, routers, and antivirus software. - Diagnose the problems effectively and recommend suitable solutions to the customers. - Sell technical support plans and relevant software to customers. - Must have experience in outbound tech support for more than 6 months to 1 year. - Close calls efficiently and effectively. - Possess good convincing and sales skills. - Knowledge about blue screen errors and pop-up calls. - Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email problems, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Qualifications Required: - High School qualification.
