Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Voice Process Associateto join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an International BPO (Voice Process) who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer support in the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries with efficiency and professionalism
• Deliver outstanding service aligned with international standards
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to resolve concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an International BPO (Voice Process)
• Candidates with over 8 years of experience will not be considered
• Graduation is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (5 working days/week)

Salary: ₹41,000 – ₹58,000 per month (based on experience)
