Job Description

Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and internal records accurately.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using MS Excel
  • Handle backend operational tasks such as documentation, data entry, file management, and follow-ups.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing required data and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve backend issues.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
  • Perform any other administrative or operational duties assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate

    in any stream (Bachelors degree is mandatory).
  • Proven experience in a back-office, administrative, or similar backend support role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in

    MS Excel

  • Good typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
