International Admission Officer

As a member of the admissions team, your commitment to excellence and ability to sell will play a crucial role in guiding potential students through the admissions process effectively. You will be responsible for promptly addressing inquiries from potential students via calls, emails, and chat, helping them understand the value of our programs in their career advancement, and ensuring a smooth transition from leads to enrollment. Your duties will involve planning and implementing strategies to enhance admissions, meeting enrollment targets, and keeping the CRM system updated. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in education enrollment, demonstrating a track record of consistently achieving enrollment goals. Fluency in English is a must, along with exceptional conversational, presentational, and customer service skills. Your ability to effectively convert prospects into admissions through strong negotiation skills will be highly valued. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, Internet, eLearning, and CRM tools is essential. Ideally, you should be based in Thiruvananthapuram or be open to relocating to the area.
